Ughh

I can I just vent for a minute? First of all I say this in a pretty good mood but I need to gt it off my chest in order to maintain it! So here goes... why does it take a doctor's office two weeks to get something sent in the mail? Does the mail truck only go to Emory bi-monthly? Does the milk truck still go by there too? And then the incompentent staff who are working there still have no idea who I am (even though I call there everyday) nor do they know who I would possibly need to talk to to get it sent! Ugghhh I am over them for the year!
